On the loss repair journey, there are a series of steps homeowners can follow to streamline the process from LOSS to COMPLETED repairs. In today's post, we will discuss a few of these steps to assist you in getting your process started!
Step one in the process is fairly obvious and straightforward, though many homeowners are unsure of how to begin the process, and that's to determine whether you have a loss in the first place. That's where Triangle Roofing and Renovations comes into play with our FREE, Eagle Eye - Drone Roofing Assessment (DRA)! Based on our findings following your DRA, our Loss Assessment Manager will provide you with information you will then use to inform your Home Owner's Insurance (HOI) provider of the loss you have experienced IF your damage is confirmed to have been caused by a recent storm, tree/limb damage or an occurrence other than age. If your roof has deteriorated over time, you will want to skip to "Step 5".
Step two in the process is probably what you'd expect! Reaching out to your HOI provider to inform them of your potential loss! You'll use the information your Triangle Roofing and Renovations Loss Assessment Manager provided you in your DRA to begin your loss claims process with your provider. They will assign an Insurance Adjuster to your claim and that adjuster will then reach out to you to schedule a date and time for your HOI's damage assessment.
Step three in your journey will be to reach out to your Triangle Roofing and Renovations Claims Manager to confirm the date and time you chose and allow us to go to bat for you! We will coordinate a "tandem" assessment and work WITH your adjuster to confirm the extent of your loss to keep your claims process moving along as it should.
Step four is to SIT BACK AND WAIT! During this time, your insurance adjuster will work on fulfilling your loss claim and will provide you with more information that you may then pass onto your TRR Claims Manager for further processing. Once your claim is approved, you will move on to step FIVE!
Step five, and arguably the most exciting step, is to then reach out to your Triangle Roofing and Renovations Claims Manager to begin the process of choosing your replacement roof, scheduling work and beginning repairs to your most important investment!
Step six is the final step in this journey that Triangle Roofing and Renovations has hopefully made a seamless and painless as possible. Allow us to get to work transforming your loss into a completed repair!
